The Build
One setup fee for the build, half to begin and half at go-live. Then one flat monthly for hosting, monitoring, and improvements, so the system stays our responsibility after launch.

Who Do You Build For?

We Are a Large Company. How Do You Handle Access and Security?
Builds can run inside your own cloud accounts, with access scoped to the minimum credentials the job needs. Your data stays in your systems, and nothing is shared or used outside your engagement. We will complete your security questionnaire and review your data processing agreement before any work starts.
Do You Build for One Person?
Yes. One was built for a single author: a pipeline that turns a manuscript into a structured developmental report. Solo operators take the same automation path a small business takes.
Does This Replace the Tools Already in Place?
No. We build around the CRM, email, scheduling tools, and spreadsheets you already run. If something genuinely needs to change, you will hear it first.
What Happens If Something Breaks?
Fixing it is our job, not yours. The monthly covers hosting, monitoring, and improvements, so the system stays our responsibility for as long as it runs.
